Geology
Short characteristics of the site: Moldanubicum, Šumava Mts. Old abandoned and landfilled mining works. Traces of formerly exploited graphitic mylonite and greyish-whitish carbonate rock. Host rock consists of mylonitic biotitic paragneiss up to migmatite of stromatitic type with some interbeds of erlan and crystalline limestone. These rocks belong to the Moldanubian Varied Group.
